Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring a Store Cleaning Associate to maintain a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include operating the scrubber and buffer, damp and dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows while adhering to health and safety standards.

You will cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs, provide excellent customer service, and uphold store policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor care equipment (buffer/scrubber).
• Good verbal and written communication; able to work with teammates and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment including floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot-clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to health and safety, loss prevention, and store policies.
• Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Support Front End coverage and uphold merchandising standards.
