Job summary

The Marshalls store at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a strong emphasis on floor care.

You will operate floor scrubbers and buffers, perform mopping duties, and assist in multiple store areas as needed to support business needs. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot-clean glass/windows.
• Follow health and safety policies and replenishment of essential items in lounge/restrooms/front end.
• Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates.
• Adhere to labor laws, break and meal periods, and store policies.
