Job summary

The Michaels Roanoke store is seeking a team member to maintain the look and feel of the store, assist customers, and support cleaning and safety standards. Tasks include cleaning, stocking, checkout support, BOPIS, and Ship from Store; flexibility for nights and weekends; standing and lifting are required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and engage with customers
• Assist with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pick Up in Store and Ship from Store
• Support stock, truck unloading, and planogram processes
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
