Marion Goodwill Industries in Powell, OH is seeking an experienced Leader to support daily Donation Center Operations while guiding a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will oversee donation flow, ensure a welcoming donor experience, supervise staff, and maintain safety and logs.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Support daily donation center operations to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment.
• Lead by example by delivering outstanding donor and customer service.

• Help maintain smooth operational flow for wares and textiles.

• Collaborate with transportation and store teams to support productivity and operational goals.
• Support loss prevention, safety checks, and overall donation center organization.
