Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC in Wilmington, NC is seeking friendly Sales Associates to keep our stores inviting and running smoothly. You’ll greet customers, operate the register, maintain clean facilities, and assist shoppers with a positive, helpful attitude.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to stand for long periods, and willing to work weekends or holidays. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required as we train on the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Provide friendly service and upsell when possible to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps, and lot area.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays to look fresh and full.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
