GPM Investments is seeking a friendly Cashier/Sales Associate at Store 3323 in Wilmington, NC. You will greet customers, operate the register, and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires weekend availability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required. Competitive pay up to $15 per hour with potential for growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ring up purchases accurately and quickly.
• Know lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales requirements and verify age.
• Assist customers and upsell when possible to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and out, including restrooms and pump area.
• Stock shelves and displays; maintain store cleanliness and order.
• Cross-train in deli or other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist where needed.
