Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking Sales Associates for Wilmington, NC. You will greet customers, operate the register, and ensure accurate transactions while promoting helpful service. You’ll handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales in compliance with laws and may upsell to boost sales.

Daily duties include keeping the store clean and safe, stocking displays, and supporting team members across departments. Flexible full- and part-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English effectively.
• Basic math skills are required for cash handling and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Sell lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol in compliance with age verification laws.
• Upsell where possible to increase sales.
• Keep the store clean and safe inside and outside, including restrooms and pump area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; maintain a neat appearance.
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
• Be willing to cross-train in other departments as needed.
