Job summary

Ross-Dress-For-Less is seeking a Retail Associate to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will greet Customers, assist with merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized store environment in line with company standards.

This role emphasizes friendly service, accurate transactions, and adherence to loss prevention and safety protocols to support a high-volume off-price retail operation.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Effective communication with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
