Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness on the sales floor to ensure a safe, secure shopping environment.
• Treat customers and associates with respect and courtesy; be friendly and professional.
• Assist customers at register and with merchandise; greet and thank customers throughout the store.
• Respond promptly to customer service calls and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks and maintain clean, organized areas and restrooms.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with dress code.
• Complete daily sizing and recovery tasks to keep the store neat and merchandised.
• Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor per guidelines.
• Understand Loss Prevention policies and MOS procedures.
• Safeguard confidential information and cash handling procedures.
• Follow all cash, check, and refund policies and avoid improper transactions.
• Demonstrate urgency and maximize productivity by following store best practices.
