Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring cashiers in Sadieville, KY. You will serve customers quickly and accurately, balance a cash register, and help with item questions while keeping the store clean and organized. The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and follow store procedures.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items and answering questions.
• Balancing a cash register by completing transactions and promoting sales.

• Clean and organize the work area, sales floor, and restrooms.
• Possibility of cross-training in other departments and leadership roles.
• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds; work in varying temperatures.

Job Functions

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
