Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking cashiers to join a fast-paced, friendly team. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and keep the store clean and welcoming for guests.

No prior experience required; training is provided. This role offers tuition assistance, health benefits after 30 days, and a clear path to career development within a long-standing family-owned company.

Qualifications

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items and answering questions.
• Balancing a cash register and processing transactions with accuracy.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
