Overview

The Cashier provides excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping environment through eagerness to help, product knowledge, high standards, and efficient Front-End operations.

• Greet and proactively approach customers to understand their needs.
• Process sales transactions and returns per established procedures.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and operational policies, maintaining confidentiality.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
