Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and assists with cash handling per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow merchandising standards.
• Assist in store recovery and safety procedures as needed.
• Support labor policies and loss prevention standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
