Job summary

TJX Companies in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a retail associate to support store operations, assist customers, process transactions, and uphold merchandising standards. You’ll contribute to a friendly shopping environment, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in safety and loss-prevention initiatives while delivering accurate service and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and storewide.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
