Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Team Member in Corpus Christi, TX. The role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, helping customers find products, and ensuring a fast checkout while maintaining store standards.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery, and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Applicants must be 16 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program and private label credit cards and enroll customers.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Perform merchandise recovery and store recovery to maintain in-stock, well-merchandised shelves.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
