Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store, assist on the sales floor, and answer the phone with a professional greeting.
• Operates the store cash register: cash handling, credit card transactions, returns, and cash balancing.
• Stock the store area and maintain cleanliness.
• Request assistance from managers for returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization while working efficiently.
• Build positive relationships with team members and leadership and collaborate with other teams.
