You will greet customers, process transactions, and promote loyalty and credit card programs while adhering to safety and SOPs. The position emphasizes an inclusive store environment, teamwork, and adaptability to support the entire store.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively engage to understand their needs and shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions and returns per Front-End procedures.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, credit card enrollment).
• Follow safety, loss prevention and SOPs; protect confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed; take an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
