Responsibilities

• Deliver highly satisfied customer experiences by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Follow operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed
• Ring purchases/returns and handle change per procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and restock as required
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and loss reduction efforts
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
