Job summary

Duchess seeks a friendly Cashier to join the team at Polaris Fashion Mall in Columbus, OH. You will welcome customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean store while using modern POS systems.

We offer FT and PT opportunities with flexible scheduling, benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for growth within the company. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions using POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile).
• Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find items.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program and offers.
