Englefield, Inc. is seeking a Duchess Team Member Cashier for FT/PT Morning Shift at Polaris Fashion Mall. You will welcome customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized store while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset and reliable team player.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
• Experience in retail or food service is a plus but not required.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to use POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
