Job summary

Duchess is seeking friendly, motivated Cashier Team Members for Overnight shifts at our Columbus location. You will welcome customers, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store while promoting the Duchess Crown Card Rewards.

We offer FT & PT opportunities with flexible scheduling. Strong math and cash-handling skills are essential, and familiarity with modern POS tools is a plus; prior retail or food service experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
