Responsibilities

• Greets customers and processes payments; issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change; packages purchases.
• Provides product information and directions to pickup points as needed.
• Opens and closes till; verifies transactions and balances receipts.
• Provides prompt and efficient telephone service.
• Keeps work area clean and neat; assists in stocking inventory and display preparation.
• Participates in annual physical inventory and follows safety procedures.
