What you'll be doing day to day

• Build loyalty by ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience
• Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store
• Offer additional products and services such as home delivery, credit card, and IKEA Family card
• Resolve customer concerns independently to meet their unique needs and expectations
• Provide friendly, safe, and efficient car loading and unloading services

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time, Hourly Associate
HOURS - From 12-19 hours per week (HL1)
• Limited benefits
SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule including evenings and weekends; schedules published one month in advance.
The hourly pay rate for this role is $19.15/hr.
