Overview

Our store associates are passionate about providing a hassle-free shopping experience through eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high standards, and the ability to prioritize. They support their team across departments and contribute to a fun store culture!

Role Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to support their shopping experience
• Interact genuinely with customers to demonstrate passion, knowledge, and dedication in their sport or activity
• Uphold standards for merchandise presentation of top brands in sporting goods
• Promote company programs (warranty sales, loyalty programs, seasonal promotions, etc.)
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected
• Support the team and store as needed with other tasks

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours)
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours)
