Retail Cashiers greet customers with a smile and ensure they receive top-notch service on every visit. As a Retail Cashier/Customer Service Associate, you will:

• Greet customers warmly, thank them, and invite them back
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional checkout experiences
• Suggest store specials and promote purchases
• Ring up sales, apply discounts, and follow all policies regarding restricted sales (including alcohol and tobacco, must be of legal age)
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store
• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers
• Clean and stock the fast-food area and equipment
• Follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures
• Label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements include:

• Flexible availability for a 24/7 operation, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Leadership by example and integrity
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to change
• Legal age to sell regulated products (alcohol, tobacco, and slot machines in NV)

Physical requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Frequent walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and balancing
• Lift up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 65 pounds occasionally
• Work safely in environments with heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes/chemicals
