Overview

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping environment through eagerness to help, product knowledge, high standards, and efficient Front-End operations.

• Greet and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions and returns following established procedures.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow policies related to safety, loss prevention, and confidentiality.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
