Pay for this position starts at $15.00 - $20.60 / hour.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Passion for people and commitment to customer service excellence.
2. Ability to work as part of a team and interact positively with customers.
3. High standard of integrity and reliability.
4. Successful completion of e-learnings and department training programs.
5. Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
6. Availability to work according to the store’s schedule based on business needs.
7. Authorized to work within the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Promote the company's image as a service-oriented operation, greeting and assisting customers courteously.
• Work with management and colleagues to build a strong customer service team.
• Record all items accurately and efficiently, utilizing training techniques.
• Verify identification for alcohol purchases where applicable.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain records of over/shorts.
• Assist in bagging orders and ensure nothing is left behind.
• Report any issues or irregularities to management.
• Participate in loss prevention activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
