The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping experience through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and efficient front-end operations.

1. Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
2. Process customer sales transactions and returns following established procedures.
3. Promote company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.
4. Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention, and confidentiality of company information.
5. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
6. Support the team across the store as needed.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.
