The ideal Store Support employee has a passion for fashion, is positive, energetic, and enjoys providing excellent customer service at the point of sale.

A day in a life …

1. Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions while delivering exceptional customer service.

2. Keep the service quick, easy, and enjoyable by listening to customer needs and sharing your love for fashion.

3. Be a great team player by helping keep the department "runway ready," including straightening up, light cleaning, and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.

4. Stay informed on key fashion trends and products to assist customers with purchase decisions as needed.

5. Build relationships with customers by informing them about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.

6. Support other store areas such as order fulfillment and order pick-up as needed.
