Job summary

Toole's Ace Hardware is seeking outgoing team members to welcome customers and assist with purchases. Previous hardware experience is a plus, but training is provided. We are independently owned and focused on serving the community with a high-energy, friendly team.

In this role, you’ll help customers, answer calls, and stay on your feet for 6–8 hours in a fast-paced environment. We offer benefits like PTO, health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts.

What to expect:

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and quickly and efficiently checking out their purchases.
• You'll help answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously, and effectively.
• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
