Job summary

Ace Hardware in San Diego is seeking outgoing team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous cashier experience is a plus, but we provide training.

You’ll handle register transactions, help customers find parts, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly store atmosphere. Weekend shifts are required; open Mon–Sat 8am–7pm and Sun 9am–6pm. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, 401K with match after 1 year, and employee discounts.

What to expect:

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
• You'll ring up customers transactions on the registers, ask for Ace Rewards Card, make sure they found everything they were looking for, and thank them for shopping in our store.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• Weekends are required. We are open Monday - Saturday from 8am to 7pm and Sundays from 9-6pm.
