Overview:

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping experience through eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and efficient Front-End operations.

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Process customer sales transactions and returns according to established procedures.
• Promote company programs (e.g., customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention, and confidentiality.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for up to 2 hours.
