Overview

The Cashier provides excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping environment through eagerness to help, product knowledge, high standards, and efficient front-end operations.

1. Greet and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
2. Process sales transactions and returns according to established procedures.
3. Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
4. Follow policies related to safety, loss prevention, and confidentiality.
5. Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
6. Support team efforts across the store.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
