Avis Budget Group in Houston, TX is hiring a Retail Car Sales Representative to help customers find their ideal vehicle. You’ll greet guests, assess needs, present options, coordinate test drives, and finalize the sale with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

This role offers base pay plus unlimited commission, career progression, and benefits. A high school diploma and 1 year of sales experience are preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a haggle-free, fixed-pricing, high-volume dealership.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Comfort with social media to advertise and market offers.
• Proficiency with computer applications including mobile apps.
• Experience in automotive sales and dealership customer service (Preferred).
• Previous finance and warranty background (Preferred).
• Bilingual (Preferred).
