This role includes forecasting sales, managing inventory, and ensuring the team is well-trained, motivated, and knowledgeable about all vehicles. The General Manager also handles hiring, performance management, and customer issue resolution, while assisting with deal closings when needed. Additionally, they monitor sales metrics, implement marketing and promotional strategies, finalize sales and trade-in agreements, and collaborate with rental operations to support remarketing efforts, all while maintaining strong customer service and operational excellence.What you’ll do:Responsible to consistently and profitably meet used vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales teamForecast sales, maintain proper inventory levels in terms of amount and vehicle types, and motivate the sales teamResponsible for hiring, training, and monitoring team member performance. Ability to interact with both internal and external customers at all levels.
