Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 5 years of Program or Project Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies.
• At least 5 years of Relationship management experience.
• At least 3 years of Direct Mail end-to-end management experience.
• At least 3 years of Paid Digital experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute complex multi-workstream digital, OOH & experiential campaigns from brief to deployment.
• Drive project execution with clear priorities and adaptable processes.
• Identify risks and blockers; develop mitigation strategies and escalate as needed.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to provide tactical direction and strategic input.
• Manage approvals, audits, and documentation for campaigns.
