Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate Project Manager to lead Cafe Marketing campaigns. You will coordinate multi-workstream initiatives, develop comprehensive project plans, and drive on-time delivery across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
5+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
3+ years using Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies.
5+ years of Relationship management experience.
3+ years of Direct Mail end-to-end management.
3+ years of Paid Digital experience.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute complex, multi-workstream digital, OOH & experiential campaigns from brief to deployment.
Drive project execution across cross-functional teams and adapt to changing demands.
Identify risks and blockers; create mitigation plans and escalate when needed.
Partner with customers and internal teams to provide direction and strategic input.
Build relationships with stakeholders; communicate clearly and manage expectations.
