Eurest in Dallas is seeking a Retail Manager to lead the cafe and retail operations, including planning, staffing, budgeting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will supervise daily tasks, manage inventory, and roll out new culinary programs in coordination with marketing and culinary teams.

The role requires at least three years of supervisory experience in food service, preferably with a culinary degree or equivalent. Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years supervisory experience in food service operations.
• Culinary degree preferred, or A.A. Degree plus related experience.
• Knowledge of retail, food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Leadership, management and coaching skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Handles all aspects of staff management.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Maintains knowledge of the market place and trends.
• Manages cost controls and control expenditures for the account.
• Oversees sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s).
• Purchases and manages inventory.
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team.
• Acts as the direct liaison with the client.
