Intuit seeks year-round Business Tax Experts for TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax prep for individuals and business entities, offer tax planning, and act as the primary client liaison, building long-term relationships.

You will collaborate with bookkeeping specialists as needed and leverage Intuit resources to grow the client base locally while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a front-facing retail environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of federal/state business tax returns prep (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep experience (≥30 returns/year) in tax practice or retail.
• Bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round tax guidance for small businesses.
• State licenses/certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, ≥20 hrs/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Develop client relationships and offer tax planning, bookkeeping, and payroll see-along services when needed.
• Act as a local TurboTax Expert, growing client base through community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in-person and via video tools, guiding clients through tax challenges.
