WinCo Foods is seeking a Business Analyst to support business processes and manage small to medium projects. You will research, analyze, and document requirements for system changes and work with IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet needs.

The role involves coordinating tasks, defining timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget, with close collaboration across teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Familiar with Zoom, MS Teams, and Slack.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains system documentation.
• Performs gap analysis and recommends improvements.
• Owns relationships with business stakeholders to optimize solutions.
• Defines and tracks project tasks and issues.
• Runs project meetings on schedule and on budget.
• Coordinates with stakeholders and vendors to meet timelines.
• Facilitates and performs user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Documents project decisions and reviews PCRs.
