Job summary

World Fuel is seeking a Retail Operations & Brand Standards Specialist to support our retail partners by improving store performance and brand execution. This role emphasizes relationship building, field visits, and advisory guidance to drive growth across local markets.

You will conduct site visits, supervise merchandising, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and supplier teams to enhance customer experience and drive performance across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Field-based sales/retail operations experience is a plus.
• Experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail fuel and convenience store operators in your territory.
• Advise on store appearance, operations and retail execution.
• Conduct site visits and provide actionable recommendations to improve customer experience.
