Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs) and assist with stocking and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the store.
• Monitors sales data, identifies trends, and recommends actions to improve store performance.
• Supports recruiting, interviewing, and training as needed.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and store procedures.
