Job summary

Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Springfield, MO to maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor, achieve sales targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will embody Coach values and drive store initiatives to support the business.

You will monitor performance, analyze sales data, recruit and train staff, provide feedback, and ensure policy compliance while fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and up to 50 lbs on occasions

Responsibilities

• Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor to hit sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Lead implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance store performance
• Recruiting, interviewing, training, and coaching the team as needed
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance
• Enforce company policies and store procedures
