Job summary

OFFLINE by Aerie is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Franklin, TN to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and build brand loyalty.

You’ll communicate with guests, participate in store duties, and reflect our REAL self and store values every day. You’ll need energy to handle busy shifts, a love for AE/Aerie products, and retail experience.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with customers in a retail setting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using brand standards to find products that fit their needs.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Demonstrate teamwork and assist teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and represent the brand with integrity.
