OFFLINE™ by Aerie is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll greet guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

You’ll need energy for a fast-paced environment, be available evenings/weekends/holidays, and enjoy working with AE/Aerie products. AEO offers a discount and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends and holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, ‘friends first’ approach.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates to get the job done.
