Job summary

OFFLINE by Aerie is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience for every guest, helping them find the right products and representing our brand with energy and integrity.

You’ll be the face of our store, passionate about AE & Aerie products and building brand loyalty. You’ll flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, share the brand love, and promote the loyalty program while

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to engage guests and explain product details.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find items.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move fluidly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while adhering to company policy.
• Support teammates to get the job done and maintain store standards.
• Uphold integrity and comply with AEO policies.
