Job summary

Monster Brewing Company is seeking a Street Team Representative in Seattle for a part-time, hourly role. You will drive sales by expanding our presence in retail outlets, merchandising, and installing selling materials, with reimbursement for using your personal vehicle and frequent store visits.

You will lift 10–25 pounds, work across assigned routes, and coordinate with store managers to maximize product placement and brand visibility. A clean driving record and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year sales experience.
• 1 year customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Marketing or working toward it.

Responsibilities

• Create strong route-level relationships with store managers to drive brand success.
• Amp up merchandising with eye-catching displays in cold vaults and coolers.
• Maximize chilled placement across accounts to dominate shelf space.
• Strategically manage POS materials inside and outside accounts.
• Preserve assets by maintaining program materials and equipment.
• Stay on time and on brand by following shift schedules and attire.
• Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication with customers and team.
