Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll provide an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while embodying our real self.

You’ll move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom, resolve guest concerns with integrity, and join a team that values energy, reliability, and #teamwork. Must be at least 16 and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• You have energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policies.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to policies.
