Cellairis in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Brand Advocate to drive in-store sales through energetic customer engagement at our walk-by entry doors. You will use lively product sampling and scripted AIDA-based dialogues to convert visitors into customers and build mailing list participation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients.
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers.
• Stand for long periods of time; Lift 25 Lbs.
• Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver's License.
• Professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors.
• Entice walk-by customers with free products to drive them to the store and a purchase.
• Use AIDA model-based scripts to move walk-by customers to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to show their phone for repair quotes or mailing list signup by offering free products.
