Job summary

Cellairis is seeking a Brand Advocate in Mobile, Alabama to drive in-store sales through energetic customer engagement. You will greet walk-by customers, present free products, and guide them toward a purchase using scripted AIDA-based interactions.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated with excellent communication, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maintain a professional appearance. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
• Use AIDA model-based scripts to engage walk-by customers to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade and encourage customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join mailing lists.
• Ensure customers understand participation terms and bring them to the Cellairis counter.
